1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, so please review them periodically.

2. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must meet the age and legal capacity requirements outlined in Section 6.
• Personal Use: The App is intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
• User Conduct: You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to:
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing the rights of any third party.
  • Uploading viruses or any other harmful computer code.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.

3. User Content

• Chart Images: The App allows you to upload images of stock or cryptocurrency charts to generate insights. These images are processed temporarily and are not available publicly. You retain all rights to the images you upload.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the App. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Profit AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Restrictions: You agree not to:
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App in any unlawful manner or in a way that violates these Terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Age and Legal Capacity

To use Profit AI, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under the age of 18, you may only use Profit AI with parental consent as required by your country's laws.

7. No Financial Advice

The analysis provided by Profit AI is strictly for informational purposes. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. The App may produce predictions, suggestions, or game plans based on AI algorithms, but these are speculative in nature. You should always conduct your own independent research, consult with licensed professionals, and exercise due diligence before making any financial decisions.

We are not responsible for the correctness, accuracy, or reliability of any content, insights, or predictions generated by Profit AI. All actions you take based on the analysis are made independently by you, and we assume no liability for your decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Profit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country/state, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
