Partner Terms

Last updated September 27, 2026. These terms apply to the Profit AI Partner Program, alongside our Terms of Service.

Joining

Anyone can apply. We review applications by hand and may accept or decline any application. We can end a partnership at any time; you can leave at any time by writing to support@profitaiapp.com.

Commission

  • You earn 30% of what each customer you refer pays on the Profit AI web app, excluding tax, for their first 12 months from their first payment.
  • Once we approve your first post about Profit AI, your rate becomes 50% for payments made from that day on.
  • A customer is referred when they use your link or code and subscribe within 30 days. The most recent partner link or code before their first payment counts; after that payment the customer stays with that partner.
  • Only new web subscribers count. Purchases made through the App Store (including inside the iPhone app), your own subscription, and accounts you control don’t earn commission.
  • Refunds, chargebacks and disputes reverse the commission on that payment, including after it has been paid out (it comes off a later payout).
  • Referred customers get 10% off their first payment. Don’t offer other discounts on our behalf.

Payouts

  • Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it comes from.
  • We pay monthly, around the 15th, by PayPal or Wise, once your payable balance is at least $50. Smaller balances roll over and never expire. When a partnership ends, we pay any remaining balance in the next run.
  • You’re responsible for taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax information before paying larger amounts.

Your content

You create in your own style — we don’t script you. When you submit a post from your dashboard, you confirm it’s yours to share and you give Profit AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to reuse it, with or without edits, in our own marketing, including paid ads, for as long as it’s useful to us. We’ll credit you where the format allows. Tell us if you want a post taken out of future ads and we’ll stop using it in new campaigns.

How to promote Profit AI

  • Always disclose that you’re a Profit AI partner (for example “#ad” or “partner link”), as the rules where you and your audience live require.
  • Profit AI is a tool for analysis, journaling and learning. It is not financial advice and doesn’t guarantee results. Never promise profits, show fabricated results, or suggest the AI tells people what to buy.
  • No spam, fake accounts, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, coupon sites, or bidding on “Profit AI” in search ads.
  • Don’t present yourself as Profit AI or speak for us.

Breaking these rules can end your partnership and forfeit commission earned through the breach.

Free access

Active partners use Profit AI free. Access ends when the partnership does.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell active partners by email before a change to commission or payouts takes effect. Commission already earned is never reduced by a change.
