The full walkthrough, step by step

Profit AI is built so a new trader can go from App Store install to first useful chart analysis in under five minutes. There is no setup wizard, no required onboarding flow, and no broker connection needed to try the chart analysis. Connecting a broker unlocks the journal, but is not required for the AI to start working.

Step 1. Snap or import any chart

Open the app, tap the camera icon, and either take a fresh photo of your trading screen, import a screenshot from your camera roll, or paste a TradingView image. The chart-vision model accepts any visible chart from any platform. There is no required broker, no required asset class, no required timeframe. A 1-minute crypto chart works the same as a daily forex chart.

Step 2. Get the AI breakdown

Within seconds the app returns a structured read: trend direction, key support and resistance levels, any classical patterns in progress, indicator context (RSI, MACD, moving averages, VWAP, volume), and a clear trade plan with entry zone, invalidation level, and target. If you have defined your strategy in plain English, the read is filtered through it. If not, the AI uses generic best practice.

Step 3. Journal, score, improve

Connect MT4, MT5, IBKR, or Tradovate once. From that point every fill imports automatically. Each trade is auto-tagged by setup and outcome. The dashboard surfaces behavioral leaks. The Trader Score updates with every trade. Every week the AI writes a session review tied to the actual trades. The loop closes automatically.

Profit AI runs a chart-vision model fine-tuned on price action, paired with a reasoning language model that knows technical analysis, market structure, and risk management. Your strategy and trade history are included in the prompt context for every analysis and every mentor conversation, so the output is specific to you rather than generic. No trade data is sold or shared with third parties.
