Profit AI Is Now on the Web: Analysis, Journal, and Mentor in One Workspace

Profit AI started as an iPhone app. The web app is the version built for the desk: a larger chart, a real journal, and one loop from analysis to review.

Most trading tools do one job. A charting platform shows you price, a journal stores what happened, and a chatbot answers questions without knowing either. The gaps between them are where traders lose the lesson: the plan was in your head, the trade was in your broker, and the review never happened.

The Profit AI web app is built around closing those gaps. You sign in at profitai.co with the same account you use on iOS.

Chart analysis with market context

Pick an asset from stocks, ETFs, forex, metals, or crypto, or upload a screenshot from any charting platform. Profit AI reads the price data and the chart, pulls recent news and sentiment for the symbol, and returns a structured report: the setup, key levels, an entry, invalidation, and target, a setup score, and the reasons for and against the trade.

If you have saved a strategy, the report checks the setup against your rules, one by one, instead of judging it against a generic idea of a good trade.

Trade plans: commit before you click

When a report looks right, you can turn it into a trade plan. The plan is a snapshot of the entry, stop, and target at that moment, so editing a strategy later cannot rewrite what you intended. While the plan is open, Profit AI checks the latest price against your own levels without calling an AI model, and tells you whether the idea is still valid.

When the trade appears in your journal, Profit AI links it to the plan automatically. If it picks the wrong trade, you can undo the link. No broker? Log the entry and exit by hand and the same link works.

A journal that fills itself

  • Automatic sync for MetaTrader 5, cTrader, TradeLocker, Interactive Brokers, Bybit, Binance, Coinbase, and Robinhood crypto.
  • CSV import for everything else, with presets for MetaTrader, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, thinkorswim, TradeStation, Interactive Brokers, Binance, and Bybit exports.
  • Overview, Trades, Insights, and Playbook tabs, each answering one question.
  • Playbook rules (daily loss limit, max loss per trade, max trades per day, session hours, minimum R:R) that every trade and day is graded against.

The numbers in the journal are calculated directly from your trades: equity and drawdown, R-multiples, results by symbol, hour, weekday, and session, what happens after two losses in a row, and whether more trades per day helps you. The AI writes insights on top of those numbers, so its advice points at something you can check.

Plan versus actual

Once a planned trade closes, the review shows what you intended next to what you did: where you entered, whether you respected the stop, and whether you exited before the target. After enough completed plans, Profit AI starts surfacing patterns, such as holding losers past your own exit or cutting winners early, and shows the most relevant one right beside the button the next time you commit to a plan.

Strategies and the mentor

Strategies are written in plain English: entry rules, exit rules, risk rules, and filters, plus your risk per trade and minimum reward-to-risk. The same strategy is used by the analysis, the trade plan, and the journal, so they all agree on what counts as your setup. The AI mentor answers questions with that context.

What Profit AI does not do

  • It does not place trades or connect with trading permissions.
  • It does not monitor prop firm accounts live or warn you before a rule breach. It grades trades against your rules after they happen.
  • It does not connect to MT4, Tradovate, or NinjaTrader directly yet. Those import by CSV.
  • It is not free. Profit AI is a paid subscription on web and iOS.
